I enjoyed reading Mr. Butler's letter and found myself agreeing with everything he suggested as I read it - the ideas are great - simple and common sense - especially the part about leaving council and the million dollar study out of the equation!
I think he covered the concerns and hit the nail on the head - great letter Steve, on every point!
