The Caesar, Canada's drink

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Gerry Jobe and Dave (Simps) Simpsons for creating the Simp's Serious Caesar Mix.

The two award-winning bartenders are passionate about their craft products. They are even more passionate about Canada’s national drink, the Caesar.

The mix is made with all Canadian ingredients. It is MSG free, gluten free, fish free and vegan. This comes at a perfect time when there is a major push behind purchasing local products.

Check out all their online products.

Congratulations to Chris Priebe for celebrating the fifth anniversary of Two Hat Security.

Two Hat Security believes that everyone should have the power to share online without fear of harassment or abuse. They make software to protect social apps and games, which all parents should be thankful for.

Follow them on Facebook to find out how they got started and what their vision is going forward. I promise you will be impressed.

The 2017 Sugar Plum Ball tickets are on sale and they are going fast.

This event made international headlines last year and did not disappoint.

This year, there will be similarities. Drew Vincent of Okanagan Young Professionals has stepped it up another notch but you need to follow the posts to know what they are.

Speaking of events almost sold out. The Rene Bourgault Legacy Golf Tournament is down to its last few tickets.

This event is Friday, July 21 and is only nine holes starting at 2 p.m. It is really more of a party then golf.

This is a great way to get out and support young professionals but you don’t need to be young to come out and play.

You may know Shanelle Connell as the owner of Shan Design or from her blog Enjoy Life Eat Cake, but did you know she is a finalist in the 2017 Miss Universe Contest?

Shanelle is hosting the swankiest charity event of the summer. At the Kelowna Yacht Clube on July 14 from 6:30-9 p.m., you will be able to sip wine and participate in a silent auction. The proceeds will go to Operation Smiles.

It doesn’t happen to often that you’re invited to a party like this. Well, at least for me; I never get these kinds of invites.

My social media lit up last night with excitement over the grand opening of the satellite farmers market.

The Kelowna Farmers and Crafters Market will be on downtown by The Sails from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday.

There will be hourly prizes, giveaways, and as always, local fruit, veggies, crafts and food.
See you there.

This week in my video blog I talk about Winning by NOT Losing.

Do you know how long it will take your investment s to recover from a correction in the market? Most people are shocked with the numbers.

Make it a great week!
