New game launch from Hyper Hippo

Hyper Hippo Productions has officially announced the launch date for Mech Mice, the next game from the studio co-founded by Club Penguin creator Lance Priebe.
On August 8, the squad-based, tactical game built by Hyper Hippo Productions will be available on browser, with a mobile launch some time after.
Created for kids and adults, Mech Mice challenges players to build their own squad of "Mech Mice" and help defend against invading armies of the villainous Dark Union. Within the world of Mech Mice, fans will engage in a safe community while leading their squads through a series of fun and challenging levels that incorporate turn-based strategy, skill management and the collection of digital action figures.
To celebrate the upcoming launch, Mech Mice Entertainment has unveiled the third animated short for Mech Mice, this one featuring Torq, a spunky engineer with a big heart and an even bigger wrench that she uses to tune the Mech units that are a signature of the game.
The Mech is an exomouse power armor suit fitted with rapid fire, anti-bug suppressors and high impact plasma cannons with enough power to bring down the Dark Union's "insectoid engines of destruction."
Tactical strategy gaming has had a long and rich history in both online and offline entertainment, and the launch of Mech Mice marks a return to Priebe’s original vision of adding his own contribution.
As strategic partners in the Mech Mice IP, Oktobor Animation, producer of children’s animation for Emmy award-winning shows, along with Hyper Hippo plan to expand the property across various offline touch points in the near future. Whether it be through physical action figures, the animated series currently in development, or publishing opportunities, expect the story of Mech Mice to spread quickly.
