The BC Utilities Commission is holding hearings into Fortis' application to implement mandatory smart meters on March 3 through 7 at the Holiday Inn Express on Highway 97 in Kelowna.
Fortis and BC Hydro customers opposed to the installation of smart meters are invited to two Kelowna rallies, which will be held at noon on March 4 and 8 outside the Holiday Inn.
