Kelowna
Update: Missing man located
Update 4:10 p.m. July 17 - The RCMP advise Shaw has been located.
--------------------------------
Police in Kelowna are looking for a 27-year-old Christina Lake man who failed to show up in Chilliwack Monday morning.
Stephen Kenneth Shaw, who has been living in a Kelowna hotel, was apparently taking a bus from Kelowna to Chilliwack.
The Greyhound bus arrived in Chilliwack at 3 a.m. Monday, however, Shaw was not on the bus.
RCMP Cst. Kris Clark says the family can't find him.
"It seems he (Shaw) told his mother that he was coming to Chilliwack but told his girlfriend that he wanted to go home," says Clark.
Shaw is originally from Christina Lake.
He doesn't have a history of going missing but the family is concerned for his welfare and his mental state.
Shaw is described as Caucasian, 6' tall and 180 lbs.
He has brown hair and brown eyes, a Grim Reaper tattoo on his left leg and a Canadian flag on his neck.
Anyone with information on Shaw's whereabouts are asked to call Kelowna RCMP.
