Deceased last seen swimming in lake

A woman, whose body was found floating in Okanagan Lake near City Park Tuesday morning, has been positively identified.
Melissa Joy Van Diemen, 34, was last seen swimming in Okanagan Lake behind City Park on Wednesday, June 13.
Van Diemen is originally from Grand Forks, but has most recently resided in Kelowna.
The BC Coroners Service and the RCMP continue to investigate, however, officials says her death does not appear to be suspicious.
