Hanging on - a shed teeters on edge of the bank over Mission Creek in Joe Rich.
One shed has already been washed away by Mission Creek on a property in Joe Rich and another outbuilding could be swallowed up by the creek at anytime.
A Castanet reader says she was walking in the area of Muddit Road across from the Joe Rich Fire Hall when she spotted the shed in the water and a second one perched above the rushing creek.
A vehicle is also parked close to the collapsing bank.
Joe Rich Fire Chief, Curtis Nyuli, says the property is prone to flooding on a yearly basis.
Nyuli says the owner has neglected the commercial property and has failed to take any steps to mitigate the flooding.
The property has apparently been vacant for some time and is currently up for sale.
