NDP leader Adrian Dix was back in Kelowna on Tuesday to address concerns from the Canadian Homebuilders Association.
The Central Okanagan Chapter of the CHA questioned Dix on several issues such as over regulation of the industry, to housing affordability and HST transition.
Dix assured the CHA that if his government was in power, the HST would be eliminated as of June 30. As the HST took 11 months to implement, Dix believes it should only take the same amount of time to re-implement the PST.
