The brother of a murdered Kelowna woman has been arrested by RCMP for theft.
Joze MacCullouch was taken into custody Wednesday for allegedly trying to sell stolen goods.
RCMP say MacCullouch and a woman attempted to sell some aluminum products stolen from the McKinley Landing area.
MacCullouch and his alleged accomplice were arrested in the parking lot of Winn Automotive on Enterprise Way where they were taken into custody without incident.
On Tuesday, RCMP announced that MacCullouch's sister, Brittney Lee Irving was the victim of foul play.
So far, there have been no arrests and police are not saying where they found her body or how she died.
Irving was involved in the drug trade before she was murdered.
MacCullouch was driving Irving's vehicle when he was arrested.
Police also found drugs in the vehicle.
They also recovered several licence plates.
