by Contributed - Story: 51697
Dec 25, 2009 / 8:02 am

From the RCMP:

"The search for James "Jim" BLACK continued throughout the day and into the
evening, concentrated in the vicinity and immediate surrounding area of the 5000 Block of Chute Lake Road where his truck was found.

Unfortunately he was not located.

The RCMP, along with Search and Rescue, now believe Black had been long gone from the area prior to his truck being discovered.

The Kelowna RCMP are asking members of the public to call in and report if they have seen a male matching the description of Black in the Upper and Lower Mission area, commencing from December 23 at 03:30 am to present.

His description again is:
Caucasian male, 61 years old, 5'9" tall, 165 lbs, balding with a moustache
wearing a Navy Jacket with white stripes on the side, Navy pajamas and white runners.

He may also be bleeding or have bleed from a head injury.
