Kelowna International Airport is continuing its efforts to attract even more visitors to its growing transportation hub.
The Tim Hortons restaurant in the terminal recently completed renovations, and now YLW, which is the 10th busiest airport in Canada, is busy revitalizing its Kids’ Zone in the departures lounge.
Some of the new features for youngsters will include a reading nook with books supplied by the Okanagan Regional Library, a new seating area with Adirondack-style chairs, an interactive digital display with artifacts from the region and a nature-inspired mural.
