Club mourning death

UPDATE: 2:20 p.m.

RCMP tell Castanet there was no death at the Liquid Zoo over the weekend. 

The male that passed away did however, have a connection to the Liquid Zoo.

Condolences have been pouring in on social media for a man who worked at The Liquid Zoo Lounge & Gentlemen’s Club.

The gentlemen’s club posted on its website that an employee has died, and it was temporarily closing its doors to mourn for the man. 

Posts on social media have identified Rocky March, in his 20s, as the man who died. 

“You were taken far too soon from us,” wrote one person. “I wish there was a way we could have spoken one last time so I could say something to help keep you here with all of us who love you.”

It is not clear what lead to the death, but numerous people have written about March.

One person wrote “Rest In Peace Rocky... he was a good kid man. We just became friends.”

March’s Facebook profile states he was a bouncer at the Liquid Zoo.

The Liquid Zoo Lounge & Gentlemen’s Club has temporarily closed after an employee has died.

A message posted on the company’s website and Facebook states they share the news with broken hearts.

“Today, we had a tragic loss. We say goodbye to a loved young man in our zoo family,” reads a message from Sunday.

Due to the loss, the club has decided to close for the next few days.

“Thoughts and prayers to all of you as we mourn our child, son, and brother,” reads the post.
