New trades training seats are set to be announced at Okanagan College in Kelowna.
Advanced Education, Skills and Training Minister Melanie Mark is scheduled to make the announcement Thursday at KF Aerospace.
The additional seats will support for aviation trades training in Kelowna.
Mark will be joined by Okanagan College president Jim Hamilton, Tracy Medve, president of KF Aerospace, Gary Herman, CEO of B.C.'s Industry Training Authority, and Jim Quick, CEO of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada – Pacific.
