Kelowna’s Nutcracker is celebrating its 28 year with a unique twist you won’t want to miss.

The Canadian School of Ballet presents a holiday classic that will transport the audience through an unforgettable journey with Clara, her Nutcracker Prince and the Sugar Plum Fairy.

“We have a brand new opening scene set this year and an opening scene party so we are very excited to show that off this year,” said director Regeanna Stubel.

Cast members range in age from six-years-old to 60.

“It’ll be a nice kick off to the Christmas season, and there is no snow outside but there will be snowflakes falling in here,” said Stubel.

The performance will run from Dec. 8 to 10 with shows at 7:30 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Tickets are going fast and can be purchased online here.
