Animal protest planned

Wendy Aigner is inviting people to see where food really comes from.

The organizer of Anonymous for the Voiceless Kelowna Chapter will be leading a demonstration from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at The Sails in downtown Kelowna Sunday, Nov. 5.

“Tomorrow’s event is 'International Cube Day', where 194 chapters - i.e. our various demonstration groups - around the world will be taking to the streets to show the public the reality of where their food comes from,” said Aigner. “We are a controversial yet highly effective animal rights group.”

Anonymous for the Voiceless is an animal rights organization that specializes in street activism.

The group shows graphic videos of 'food animals' being slaughtered and the conditions in which they live.
