What's best on Bernard?

With the purchase of the high-profile Bargain Shop property on Bernard Avenue in downtown Kelowna, there are plenty of opinions about what should happen to the block.

The Mission Group developers announced their purchase of the site last week, but so far no plans for the block have been revealed.

The old Bargain Shop building has sat empty for seven years.

It's expected the site will include a mix of commercial and residential spaces, so we hit the streets to see what locals would like to see on the site.
