The Central Okanagan Emergency Operations Centre, and emergency responders across B.C. worked non-stop this summer, since floods hit in early May and forest fires started soon after.

Castanet hit the streets in Kelowna asking residents how they feel crews have responded and what they want to say to them for their countless hours of hard work.
