A burned out semi sits in Kelowna orchard after fire.

Kelowna RCMP are investigating after a fire caused major damage to a semi truck sitting in an orchard on Longhill Road at Valley Road early Sunday morning.
Eye witnesses say the fire started sometime after 3 a.m. and luckily did not spread to a nearby pile of wood shavings.
A number of Kelowna Fire Rescue vehicles attended with crews to fight the blaze which luckily did not spread.
The RCMP also attended and remained at the scene many hours later.
The cause of the fire is not known.
