Knox Mountain ready to roll

Get ready to enjoy Knox Mountain.

The road up the popular hiking trail, Knox Mountain Drive, will open at 8 a.m. on Sunday to accommodate an Easter event.

It will fully open for the season on Monday, says the City of Kelowna. 

"Currently, the roadway is partially open from the base to the first lookout," says the city.

During the summer, the road will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from noon until 9 p.m. on Sunday for vehicles.
