A night for the ladies

Do you need a night to be pampered, but feel too guilty spending money on yourself? 

Look no further then Nuit des Dames. This is an event presented by Swinging with the Stars. It's a ladies-only  event in support of Central Okanagan Hospice Association.

"Ladies will see entertainment put on by Kinshira while they walk up to the ballroom, then (they'll be) greeted by an RCMP member in red serge, ready with a rose for each lady, along with a glass of champagne. The RCMP members will escort the ladies to their tables where a fantastic three-course meal will be served," says organizer Martine Parent.

Parent adds, "The Nuit Des Dames event is one of the 'star' dancer's fundraisers leading up to Swinging With the Stars. In this case, the star is Reg Sahay, who is a member with the Kelowna RCMP Police Dog Services Section." 

After supper, the night is capped with dancing and entertainment.

Nuit des Dames is happening on Friday at the Coast Capri Hotel. Tickets are  $100 each or $850 for a table of 10. 

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and dinner is at 7 p.m
