Realty Reality is back

Realty Reality - Trailer from Visland Media on Vimeo.

The Okanagan is full of unique homes with luxury pools on the lake front, and for the third time regular folk will get a sneak peak inside these residences.

Realty Reality, a television series that takes viewers on a tour through some of B.C.'s best houses, is back in the interior to shoot another season.

Produced by Victoria-based Cedarwood Productions, this latest season will have a stronger local connection after partnering with Kelowna’s Visland Media.

Visland CEO Alex Miller says filming will begin in September and will air across Canada starting in the fall of 2017.

“It’s a fantastic show and we already act as the international distributor for the first two seasons. We jumped at the chance to work directly with Cedarwood on the newest episodes.”

Petrina Koltun, of Royal LePage Kelowna, will be returning to the show as host of the four episodes that will be shot in the Okanagan.

"I’m so excited to be back for season three,” said Koltun. “I had an unbelievable amount of fun working on the first two seasons and can’t wait for production to start.”

Additional episodes of the show are planned for other Western Canadian cities including Vancouver, Victoria and Calgary. The series will be directed by Lindsay Nielsen with Alex Miller and Karen Davies acting as executive producers.

Miller says producers are currently searching the market for both buyers and sellers to be on the show. Those wanting to feature their home for sale, or look at purchasing one, can contact Visland Media.
