Kelowna RCMP are looking for a man who was allegedly found exposing himself and masturbating, early Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred shortly after 6:30 a.m. near the intersection of Cadder Avenue and Richter Street.
According to police, a witness walking on Sutherland Avenue noticed a woman walking in the other direction.
She screamed and ran across the street.
"The woman stated there was a man masturbating in the bushes," said Cpl. Joe Duncan.
"The witness observed a man run from the bushes across the street while pulling up his pants. The man got into an older red Honda (Possibly an Accord or Prelude) and drove off on Sutherland toward Ethel Street."
The suspect is described as over six feet tall, with darker skin, a moustache and scruffy beard. He was wearing light green pants and a winter jacket.
