Fat Cat parade draws crowd

Hundreds of people lined the streets of Cawston Avenue this morning for the 25th annual Fat Cat Children's Festival parade.

Floats, dancers, cheerleaders, martial artists, elaborate floats and more moved along the road, from Richter St. to Water St., while people of all ages watched from the side.

The weather behaved itself today, after cooler temperatures and high winds plagued yesterday's events.

The festival continues through today with live performances and hands-on activities, and ends at 4:00 p.m.
