The Kelowna Fire Department was called to the Tolko Mill at 820 Guy St. for a reported kiln fire Thursday at around 5 p.m.
KFD responded with two engines one ladder truck and three other vehilces, along with 12 personnel.
Tolko employees had extinguished the fire by the time KFD crews arrived. The cause of the fire will be examined by the Tolko Safety Representative.
No injuries were reported.
