Residents opposed to the proposed construction of a multi-storey commercial development in the Mission are being asked to attend a meeting Wednesday night.
Local developer Grant Gaucher wants to construct the building at the corner of Sarsons and Lakeshore Roads.
He's the same developer who wants to build a resort in the Mckinley Landing area which has also met resistance by area residents.
The Okanagan Mission Residents Association is holding its annual general meeting tonight at the Okanagan Mission Community Hall starting at 7 o'clock.
