Sign crash slows traffic
It’s unknown at this time what caused a car to veer off the road and crash into a sign for Dyck’s Pharmacists, at the corner of Springfield Road and Gordon Drive.
The single vehicle accident occurred around 7 a.m. Wednesday morning, and traffic in the area was slowed as commuters craned their necks to get a look at the unusual sight.
RCMP officers at the scene could not comment on what happened, saying an investigation was still underway.
No one is believed to have been injured in the crash.
We’ll have more information when it becomes available.
