Window smashed in B & E

Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza, on Lakeshore Road was robbed at around 2 a.m. Thursday. The front window was smashed to gain access to the restaurant. 

An employee says, "When we arrived at the pizza shop there were a few police officers with a police dog canvassing the area. There is glass everywhere."

The alarm was activated, but the thief or thieves were able to escape with the cash register.

Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza is located at 3968 Lakeshore Road, it is in the area under construction while the Mission Creek bridge is being replaced.

"The worst part is that recently the bridge was shut down which is already hurting our business. We had lots of walk in customers and now that the main route is closed and our walk in customer business is so slow," says the worker.
