Guns drawn, cops arrest man
The wife of the arrested man contacted Castanet to tell us that shortly after this photo was taken, the man was released and the police apologized.
The man was packing his truck to take his son to a fishing derby. A neighbour saw him packing his legally owned firearms into the truck and called the RCMP.
Five police cars responded to the scene and upon checking his license, released the man and were "extremely apologetic."
Police have not been available for comment on the story.
