Motorcyclist taken to hospital
A motorcyclist was taken to hospital with possible broken bones after a two vehicle crash Friday afternoon.
An RCMP officer at the scene says the motorcyclist was following behind an SUV, as both vehicles travelled northbound on Spall Road.
Both drivers were planning to turn right into the Esso gas station at Harvey Avenue, but the motorbike did not anticipate the SUV would be slowing to turn also.
The driver crashed into the back of the SUV and suffered what police believe to be collarbone, arm and wrist injuries.
No tickets were issued at the scene.
