A Kelowna woman has lost a necklace with a pendant containing her daughter's ashes and she is seeking its safe return.
A week ago Kelowna RCMP received a report of lost property from a Kelowna resident.
The woman had apparently lost her necklace and attached pendant somewhere in Kelowna or Sparking Hill two days before.
The pendant is a mother of pearl heart shape surrounded by silver with the inscription "My angel Paige" on the reverse and is attached to a silver chain.
The pendant is also a miniature urn, less than an inch in diameter, and contains the ashes of the woman's deceased daughter.
The woman is looking to have this important personal memento returned and asks that it be turned into the nearest police detachment if found.
Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of the pendant is asked to call the Kelowna RCMP, Cst Guilbaud, at 250-762-3300.
