T-bone caught on video
Four people were taken to hospital with minor injuries after an accident at the intersection of Harvey and Hardy on Saturday afternoon.
According to RCMP Cst. Bob Charron, the two vehicle accident happened just after 2 p.m..
"An eastbound vehicle on Hwy. 97 attempted to make a left hand turn onto Hardy. The vehicle entered into the path of a westbound pickup truck, F-150, which T-boned it causing the vehicle to rollover, hit the light standard and land on its roof."
The driver of the SUV was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He is also being charged with driving without due consideration for others.
The pickup truck had a mother and her three children inside. All of the children were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A lane of the highway westbound was closed for about an hour.
