When it comes to the best weather in Canada, the Okanagan has the rest of the country beat.
Kelowna and Penticton have tied for top spot in a recent ranking of the top 10 places to live weather-wise in Canada.
According to the list, published by MoneySense, Kelowna earned the shared honour based on an average temperature of 8.1˚C, with 124 days above 20˚C, and only 108 days with rain. Penticton comes in with a slightly higher average temperature of 9.5˚C,
129 days above 20˚C, and 99 days with rain.
All of the top cities on the list are either in B.C. or Ontario.
Rounding out the top ten are: Cobourg, Ont., Mississauga, Ont.,. Oakville, Ont., Port Hope, Ont., Delta, B.C., Salmon Arm, B.C., Toronto, Ont., Leamington, Ont.
