Kelowna fire fighters were called to a car fire early Tuesday morning.

The fire started around 5 a.m., but by the time crews arrived the vehicle was fully engulfed.

As the car exploded in flames it set off the alarms of other vehicles nearby.

Bradley Boschee says,"My wife and I woke up to the sound of a car honking, when we looked out our window, this is what we saw (referring to the inferno outside his window - video).

The vehicle was parked in the back of a home on Scarboro Road, it was completely destroyed.

The incident is being investigated.
