Foerster trial date set

Jury selection has wrapped up at the Kelowna Courthouse and the Matthew Foerster murder trial is set to begin Monday, March 24.
Crown Counsel Iain Currie says the jury will be made up of eight men and four women, along with two alternates.
Foerster is accused of murdering Armstrong teen Taylor Van Diest on Halloween night in 2011. Her body was found along the railroad tracks in town.
A trail has since been constructed along those same tracks in her honour.
