Pedestrian hit at crosswalk
A young woman crossing Spall near Enterprise was hit by a truck at a pedestrian crossing, around 3 p.m. Monday.
According to witnesses at the scene, a truck was turning left off of Enterprise onto Spall and the driver reportedly did not see the woman.
Witnesses say the walk sign was on.
The woman was taken away in an ambulance, but police say she only received minor injuries.
The driver of the truck stopped immediately, says one witness, and jumped out to help the woman.
Traffic was backed up southbound on Spall while emergency crews attended to the scene
