Breaching probation and back in jail
The driver charged with running over a Kelowna paper carrier last year is back in jail after breaching his court ordered bail conditions.
Nathan Fahl appeared from the Kamloops Regional Correctional Centre on Tuesday, as counsels from both sides attempt to set a date for his next bail hearing.
Fahl was out on very strict conditions due to the serious nature of his alleged crimes, but he recently missed a curfew and was promptly sent back to jail.
The Crown has said it will make an application to revoke bail at the next hearing.
Fahl is facing charges including dangerous driving causing bodily harm, impaired driving, flight causing bodily harm and failure to stop at an accident.
