Road rage rear(end)s its ugly head

Police attended an altercation following a minor collision between two drivers on Hwy 33 by Springfield Road in Kelowna on Saturday.

A vehicle was attempting to make a left turn onto Springfield Road, and was bumped from behind by the second vehicle.

Constable Brent Lane was on the scene, and had determined that the driver of the second vehicle was under the influence of alcohol. The matter is being pursued.

Both vehicles sustained only minor damage, and there were no injuries.

Cst. Lane reminds drivers to 'stay sober'.
