Traffic on Harvey (Hwy.97) was single lane alternating Tuesday evening after a two car accident at Harvey and Ellis shut down the intersection.
The accident involved a small red Miata sports car and a green minivan.
According to RCMP the accident was at such a high rate of speed, the green minivan flipped before landing back on its tires.
Two vehicle occupants were taken to hospital by ambulance with undisclosed injuries. Another individual with minor injuries is also being checked out.
RCMP say there was nothing to indicate alcohol was a factor in the crash.
It is unclear at this time what caused the accident or which vehicle is at fault.
