High-risk man on the loose

Kamloops RCMP are seeking Justin Robert Joseph Ferrier, a high-risk offender.

He was last seen on the north shore of Kamloops on Thursday, Feb. 14 riding a black cruiser bicycle equipped with a custom gasoline engine.

Ferrier is 6'4", 187 pounds, with blue eyes, black hair and tattoos on his arms, torso, back and calf. 

"Given his personal associations, lifestyle and other investigative information the Serious Crimes Unit is engaged in this case and treating it as high risk," said Sgt. Simon Pillay.
