Early morning 7-11 robbery

Kamloops RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a male who robbed a 7-11 convenience store early Tuesday morning. 

A male had entered the store just after 2:30 a.m. and demanded money from the clerk.  The male took money from the cash register and also stole several cartons of Pall Mall cigarettes. 

The suspect fled the store, got into the passenger seat of what appeared to be a dark-coloured Honda Civic, which  headed southbound on Summit Drive.

The suspect did not appear to have a weapon. 

The two clerks working at the time of the robbery were unharmed.

The suspect is described as approximately 5’10” with brown eyes and wearing a dark grey zip-up hoodie with a “Boston Celtics” logo on the front. 

During the robbery he wore a black balaclava, white and black bike gloves with a diamond pattern.
