$5K reward for info

A reward is being offered for information about a missing 20-year-old man who vanished in the early morning hours of Feb. 17.

Ryan Shtuka was last seen at a house party on Burfield Drive at Sun Peaks Resort and failed to show up for work the next day.

Since that night, he has not been seen or heard from.

His family is desperate spending every moment possible searching for clues and have not had any success.

On Sunday, a $5,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to the location of Shtuka.

Shtuka was last seen at about 2:10 a.m. and was wearing a Burgundy baseball cap and navy jacket. He is about six-foot-tall and 180 lbs.

“It’s overwhelming, it's unbearable to be honest,” said his mother Heather Shtuka.

Volunteers have been scouring Sun Peaks Resort every day since he was reported missing in hopes of finding him.

Shtuka’s residence was a seven minute walk from the party.

Hundreds of people gathered for a candle light vigil held in his home town of Beaumont and also at Sun Peaks Resort on Thursday.
