Missing teen found

UPDATE: 7:09 p.m.

According to the RCMP, shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday, the missing youth made contact with his family and is back home safe and sound.

The RCMP is asking for the public's help in locating a missing Kamloops teen.

Stan Parisot, 14, went missing From NorKam Secondary School at about 2 p.m., Friday.

He is believed to be in the Kamloops area. 

Parisot is described as a Caucasian male, five foot, two inches tall and weighing 100 pounds, with dark brown hair.

He was wearing dark jeans, a red jacket with an OshKosh logo, sneakers and a dark red backpack.
 
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000.
