Kamloops teen found

7:30 p.m. update:

Kamloops RCMP is pleased to report that the 17 year old female reported missing earlier today has been

located and she is safe and sound. We would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.

Police in Kamloops are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Hayley Haines.

The missing teen was last seen on Monday, August 4.

She is described as a 17-year-old First Nations girl:

  • 5’4” tall
  • 110 lbs
  • Long brown hair
  • Brown Eyes

According to the Kamloops RCMP, they are very concerned for Hayley’s well being.

In the past she has left for extended periods of time, but it is unusual for her to not have any contact with family or friends.

Anyone with information about Hayley Haines is asked to contact the local police or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
