Man drives over son

Kamloops RCMP are investigating after a father appears to have driven over his adult son.

The father was apparently bringing his son to the hospital when a disagreement escalated and the 24-year-old man was struck by the vehicle as the father departed.

The son is being treated at Royal Inland Hospital for unknown injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

Charges under the motor vehicle act may be considered.
