Four car crash stalls traffic
A four car crash caused significant delays in downtown Kamloops Tuesday afternoon.
The accident was at the corner of Columbia Street and Battle Street shortly after 3 p.m.
“This is a high volume traffic area, particularly at this time of day, which caused significant congestion and delays in the area for motorists,” said Kamloops RCMP Cpl. Cheryl Bush.
Bush says the cause of the accident is under investigation as four vehicles were involved in the chain reaction.
Two people were transported to Royal Inland Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
