Breakfast for Champions

3 simple secrets, that are not really secrets at all, to become a better chef in your kitchen.

1 – Always Trust your senses.

You are the one in the kitchen. Forget about the recipe. If it looks burnt it is probably because it is burnt. There is no recipe more accurate than your taste buds, no tool more useful than your hands, no thermometer more precise than your nose. Turn mistakes into strengths and never be afraid to change, experiment and create - guided by your best tools

2 - Your dish will only be as good as your ingredients. If you buy poop your food will taste like poop.

As simple as that.

3 - Eat Local, Shop Local, Think Local.

Eating local means lots of things, but at its core it simply means better tasting food bursting with flavor; local food is the simplest answer to cooking better tasting food. So learn from the seasons, expand your knowledge, always try something new, and go meet the farmers growing the ingredients that inspire you.

But let’s do a little cooking.

Breakfast for Champions is a simple recipe that will give you the opportunity to practice these 3 simple rules!

All you need is:
BREAD
EGGS
CHEESE!

And remember cooking is fun but nobody but you will make it fun!

During my Latest Kickstarter campaign, One Big Table wanted to reach a little higher, to be a little better, to learn and to share what we have encountered in our Beautiful Valley.

And in order to do that we asked for your help: and you responded.

My Kickstarter Campaign was successful and now we get to enjoy better equipment to bring you a better & even tastier OBT.

But I did promise something in exchange of your help, so for all of you that backed the project over the next few weeks expect to receive your rewards.

Thank YOU!!

And this episode is dedicated to the wonderful Suzanne & Matt and their gang (Celeste, Alex, J.P., & Ariel!)!

Thank You for your wonderful donation!
