1 bag    Way Better Snacks - Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips
2           Local Eggs
2 Tbsp. Franci Olive Oil - The Olive Oil Merchant
             Red Pepper Jelly to taste

Make it into a Salad for a great lunch or share it with friends for a tasty Tapas!
