Conservative candidates are holding onto Okanagan ridings early in the counting process.
Conservative MP's Colin Mayes, Ron Cannan and Stockwell Day are all well on their way to re-election with just a few polls reporting.
A fourth Okanagan riding, B.C. Southern Interior, which includes the communities of Oliver and Osoyoos as well as several West Kootenay communities, is too close to call.
New Democrat incumbent, Alex Atamanenko is in a dead heat with Conservative challenger, Rob Zandee.
Nationally, the Conservatives are projected to form the next government. It is not yet clear whether it will be a minority or majority government.
