Wu-Tang Clan have reunited.

The entire current collective of the 'Protect Ya Neck' htimakers - RZA, GZA, Raekwon, U-God, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, Method Man and Masta Killah - will return to the UK for two live shows in July and a new album.

The hip hop group will take to the stage at Manchester's O2 Apollo on July 25 and Brixton's O2 Academy in London on July 26 after reuniting to create new record 'A Better Tomorrow' - named after a track on their second studio album, 1997's 'Wu-Tang Forever' - which is to be released in July.

RZA - whose real name is Robert Fitzgerald Diggs - said it will be the last time the group will reunite, and they intend to make it ''perfect''.

He said: ''We need to, one time, completely, efficiently, properly, professionally represent our brand. One more time. But this time, showing up on time for press and for concerts and studio. Do it one time, perfect.''

However, one of their original members Ol' Dirty B*****d will not join up with the group after passing away aged 35 in 2004.

RZA added: ''There's enough of us still alive, and I think there's still enough fans out there.

''Hip-hop is stronger than ever, as far as worldwide recognition, and our name is synonymous with it.''

Tickets go on sale from today (12.04.13) at 9am.
