The Mission, BC-born singer of the megahit "Call Me Maybe" is finding herself in the middle of yet another nude photo fiasco.

Carly Rae Jepsen appeared to be successful in dodging nude photo rumours earlier this summer, but TMZ  is now reporting that the singer herself has told police that a hacker stole nude pics from her computer and tried shopping them to media outlets.

Said photos are not the "200 percent NOT Carly" nude pics that surfaced earlier this month, which ended up coming from 21-year old "Internet model" Destiny Benedict.

Back in March, Jepsen's people reportedly received an anonymous tip about these legit pics, which have yet to surface on the web. The Vancouver Police Department is on the case.

The police tell TMZ an active investigation is underway "in regards to a theft of electronic property belonging to Jepsen." A potential suspect has apparently been identified.
